Crouch Bathroom

The initial plan was to remodel a large bathroom, dividing it into two smaller bathrooms with a removal and replacement of the stairway to correct a low header problem that had existed for over 40 years. We divised a plan to reframe the header relocating the plumbing. This saved thousands of dollars and a lot of disruption of the home. In the Master Bath, we removed all the fixtures, finishes and the window. We replaced the shower with a new tile shower, added (2) toilets, and replaced the vanities with new cherry vanities with granite tops. We installed a new tile floor. We installed new bath accessories. We added (2) new windows, light fixtures, and a new electrical service. The Crouches also asked us to add (2) new windows to the family room, and a new cherry bookcase, along with repairs around the house.
