We built (2) renovations for Giant Genie. They were expanding from the original location. The Matthews Store was a renovation of an existing restaurant. We removed partitions and added new ones including a soffit over the new front counter.It included revisions to the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. The Harrisburg location was a conversion of an existing pharmacy. In this one, we removed existing load bearing walls and replaced them with beams and columns to give the space a more open look. In both cases, we worked closely with the pharmacy designer to produce an attractive and functional store in a timely manner.
