This project was similar to the Sunshine House Baybrook. We expanded and replaced (4) restrooms and added a grease trap to the kitchen. We left Baybrook at 6:30 pm, on Friday, and drove straight to Little Avenue to begin work. We finished this project in 10 days, (2) days early. As in the first project, we had to protect existing finishes, fixtures, and furniture.
