This was a conversion of a house to a home day care.  We added space to the front room by enclosing the front porch. We added handicapped ramps and a new rear entrance. We removed and added walls, added dutch doors, and patched hardwood floors. Many of the new openings required laminate beams to support the ceiling and roof. We added a changing table, new sinks and restroom plumbing. We also revised the electrical and added a fire alarm system. We revised the fencing and added a paved driveway and parking lot.
