This was part of a whole house project. We started with an 1886 Victorian house with 13’ ceilings, elaborate millwork, plaster crowns and rosettes, (4) original fireplace surrounds 8’ tall, heart pine floors, and a lot of hidden surprises. We remodeled the existing 50’s modern kitchen and bathrooms, and restored the rest of the house.The work included repairing the plaster walls, refinishing the heart pine floors, building a completely new kitchen   We removed the original 1886 light fixtures , restored them, and reinstalled them.  We created a new kitchen with all new cabinetry and appliances. To match the heart pine floor at new door openings, we removed the flooring from under the new cabinets and reinstalled it whered needed.
