This was an 800 sf addition to a 50’s brick home. It included new hardwood floors throughout the addition. The hip roof had (2) pitches and was set one foot higher that the existing system. We reroofed the entire house. The addition included a new covered patio.The addition featured a new Family Room and Master Bedroom Suite, including Master Closet and Master Bath. The Master Bath included a Jaccuzi Tub with tile deck and surround, a tile shower and a new vanity with solid surface top.
