This project was an addition to a new house. The Eatons wanted a downstairs master bed room suite and a screened porch instead of the existing deck. Because the house was new, we were able to match brick, windows, doors and siding. We had to over come a ground water condition and unsuitable soil to produce a solid foundation.
We built a new master bedroom with a tray ceiling. The porch millwork was wrapped with vinyl. We used a Screen Tite screen system. We also cut in a window and door to the existing house. |
