We started this project with a contract with the Landlord to produce (2) vanilla shells. We were approached by the Conklins to build their upfit. We added the walls, finishes, cabinetry, and extra electrical, and finished the entire project about a week later than we would have finished the vanilla shell. The project took a little over (3) weeks. The Dollar Power store took their space as a shell.
