This project was our largest to date. We demolished an existing 15000 sf Belk Store to perimeter walls. The original building dated to the early 1930’s. We restored the building front to the look of the original front with modifications to comply with new codes. We re-established the original stairway and created a new rear stairway. We provided new rear entry and garage doors. Ground floor was shell upfited for (2) retail spaces, (2) office spaces, and a (4) car garage.The upstairs became (3) finished apartments. All plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems were added in the project.
