The Village Restaurant is a major social hub in McAdenville. We relocated therestaurant from next door, to an old grocery store space. The project included demolition of the existing grocery store, removing and replacing concrete for plumbing, and removal of wall sections for new windows and doors. The circa 1920’s brick was removed, cleaned, and reset to form the new openings. We added new walls, tile and VCT flooring, and acoustical ceilings. We provided new plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. We performed equipment hook ups. We also created a corridor and another tenant space for Timeless Memories Photo Shop. The new opening was covered by television and news media.
