RENOVATIONS
A renovation involves altering an existing finished space, as opposed to placing the first finishes in the space.
Commercial Renovations are our specialty. We enjoy working in old buildings and either restoring or updating the space. The work can sometimes be challenging. You are never certain wnat you wil find when you open a wall or other concealed space. Because we have seen so many old buildings, the suprises are getting fewer. We can often understand the structure simply by knowing the date of construction. We also begin to understand the history of thestructure when we renovate it.
