This was our second Cartridge World. We also built a tenant separation corridor in the rear for the owner, who was also the architect. We renovated an existing tenant space in a building over 100 years old. We added walls, VCT, carpet, cabinetry, and painting. We made modifications to plumbing, heating, and electrical. The tenant separation included a new rear landing and stairs, along with the corridor, and structural repairs
