DAY CARE
Day Cares are a specialized construction. There are many regulatons pertaining to day cares put in place to protect the children. We must create a safe environment for the children and staff during construction and after construction. We must pass local building, zoning, and site work inspections, as well as, fire, health, and state inspections. These inpections must be coordinated in the required order.
When a day care changes management, the new owner is required to bring everything on site up to modern code within 6 months. We have been presented with several of these projects having a month or less for the project. We have finished all projects on time.
