As with most daycares, we had an extreme dead line. We expanded and replaced (4) restrooms and added a grease trap and can wash outside for the kitchen. We rewired the building, providing new lights, electrical service and many new outlets.We add new handicapped access ramps and modified the parking. We also removed selected walls and coordinated with the owner to replace the HVAC system and most of the finishes. We were given a little over 3 weeks to complete the project before the State of North Carolina would take away their license. We finished this project with about (1) hour to spare.
